Welcome

Head, Heart and Hands is an artist society meant to help grow and encourage Christian artists to think more Christianly about their craft and use art to glorify God, and impact the community that He has placed you in. Artists have a powerful tool at their disposal. Artists know to catch and direct the eye, evoke thoughts and emotion, and tell stories that share ideas and beliefs. Artists shape the culture, they influence people's thoughts and actions. What are Christian artists going to do with this powerful tool?
There is so much out in the world that fights and warps the way God meant things to be. Christians are God's Hands in this world, we ought to be working against this madness. We need to be using the gifts God has given for his honor and glory, not just as a career or a hobby. But a lot of times we get hung up on the questions. How do I use my gifts for God? What can I do? What needs to be done? I hope to use Head, Heart and Hands to answer these questions and give people the tools they need to get started.
Head, Heart and Hands plans on putting out a weekly articles (Lord willing, biweekly or more as it progresses), and monthly projects. The first will be a summer project called Silent Protest. Silent Protest is going to be a pro-life project meant to think how they can art to help stop abortion. Next is going to be a collaborative book project called Little Things. Little Things is going to be a book meant to help remind people of the beauty and small blessings God gives us every day.
